Ideal lands for vine-growing afford exceptional temperature conditions extremely beneficial to grape varieties. Sandy soil, intense and continuous sun, a marked temperature range between day, and night and waters coming from the Andean melted snows provide the ideal environment for the ripeness of the vines that will become excellent wines with the best concentration of colours, flavours and aromas.

The equilibrium achieved has encouraged the production of varietal wines. They show a perfect blend between wood and fresh fruit that has been appreciated and awarded prizes by local and foreign experts in several prestigious competitions.
Between 900 and 1,300 mts. above sea level, different kinds of stock grow and ripen under the supervision of agricultural engineers and winemakers. Red varieties include Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese and Tempranillo. White varieties include Torrontés, Chardonnay, Chenin, Viogner and Sauvignon Blanc.

Local Malbec is unquestionably one of the most exquisite wines in the world.

Due to ageing in oak barrels, a vanilla flavour touch is given to this excellent tannic structure wine.

The technology developed by the viticulture industry which makes Mendoza so famous allows keeping the original fruity flavour, guaranteeing the quality of the product.
Stainless steel tanks, cold storage machines, pneumatic presses and oak barrels are part of the equipment local wineries use to obtain this particular wines.
Every year, new markets are added to the list of consumers. The United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and Canada have turned their eyes to Mendoza wines with curiosity and surprise. The constant improvement of packaging and labels completes an identity and image that help catch the attention of foreign markets.
