<strong>Vinexposium<\/strong>, <strong>ProMendoza<\/strong>, and the <strong>Government of Mendoza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The event will bring together 80 international buyers from North America, Europe, and Asia, who will explore business opportunities with 150 local wineries at Espacio Arizu in Godoy Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>The program will offer an <strong>immersive agenda<\/strong> with <strong>technical seminars, tastings of wines, B2B meetings, and winery visits<\/strong>, allowing participants to gain in-depth knowledge of Mendoza\u2019s wine identity.<\/p>\n<p>Wineries can participate in two ways: Participation fees are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Tastings &#038; B2B Meetings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Small wineries: USD 2000<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Medium wineries: USD 3.500<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Large wineries: USD 5.000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a Host:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Visit &#038; tasting: visit cost + USD 2.500<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Lunch or dinner: meal cost + USD 3.500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, all interested wineries must pay a USD 100 preregistration fee (one-time only). If selected to participate in the event, this amount will count toward the total cost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When is payment due?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Preregistration for Hosts and B2B Tastings: Payment due by July 11, 2025.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Host Wineries: Payment due by August 1, 2025.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Wineries for Tastings and B2B Meetings: Payment due by August 29, 2025.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Participant selection: After the preregistration period ends.<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">Preregistration fee: Will be counted toward the total payment for selected companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the difference between Host and Tasting\u2013B2B?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A host winery receives a group of 20 selected buyers, plus accompanying individuals (journalists, Vinexposium or ProMendoza staff), totaling 25\u201330 people. Between 24 and 30 wineries will be selected as hosts, depending on the schedule.<\/p>\n<p>120 wineries will participate in the tasting, held on Monday, October 6. All 80 buyers will attend.<\/p>\n<p>B2B meetings will take place on October 8 and 9. Each winery selected for the tasting will have at least 4 business meetings, with more possible depending on buyers\u2019 interest.<\/p>\n<p>A total of approximately 1,600 meetings will take place over two days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does a host winery do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A host winery welcomes a group of 25 to 30 people, including 20 selected buyers, to its premises. The winery must choose whether to host a visit or a meal.<\/p>\n<p>For a visit, the winery should present its facilities and products (which must be the same ones listed in the selection form).<\/p>\n<p>For a meal, the winery will prepare a reception proposal, select the wines, and define the menu to be served.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does a winery participate in the Tasting\u2013B2B?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, the winery must be properly registered and on time. This grants the right to display 4 wine labels at the tasting, offering a first contact with importers.<br \/>\nThe B2B meetings will be private 20-minute sessions between importer and winery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I participate as both Host and in the B2B Round?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. The categories are mutually exclusive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I participate only in the tasting or only in the B2B?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. Participation in the tasting implies participation in the B2B meetings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I participate only in the directory?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, but you must inform <a href=\"mailto:vexmendoza@promendoza.com\">vexmendoza@promendoza.com<\/a> so you&#8217;re not included in the buyer matching process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the selection process work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All interested wineries must preregister by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"vineta\">May 30 (for those wishing to be hosts)<\/li>\n<li class=\"vineta\">July 9 (for those wishing to join the tastings and B2B meetings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In June, a committee composed of ProMendoza, EMETUR, and private sector representatives will evaluate and select host wineries.<\/p>\n<p>The profiles of wineries registered for tastings and B2B will be matched against buyer preferences. The resulting matches will determine who participates in the tasting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many products can I present?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each winery may present 4 bottled wine labels.
