This wide array of fruit and vegetables of outstanding quality, position Mendoza within the most demanding and competitive markets, making it one of the major horticultural regions in the Southern Hemisphere sourcing out-of-season produce to northern countries.

We export apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, cherries, plums and grape. We also offer dried fruits and nuts, such as walnuts and almonds.

We export garlic, onion, potato and squash –some of which is produced organic.

Horticulture

Mendoza is the first garlic producer in the country.

Vegetable exports from Mendoza are meant for MERCOSUR, mainly to Brazil. In the European market the demanding countries are France, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, USA. Mexico and Taiwan.

Garlic is the highest exportable vegetable demand, where Mendoza totals 97% of shipments abroad from Argentina.
